1.1 Applicability of Terms

11.1 Complaints Process

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue in full force.

These Terms are drawn up in Bengali. If any conflict arises in translation, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
